The App helps users manage WhatsApp media stored on their own device. We do not collect or store the contents of your WhatsApp messages, photos, videos, documents or conversations on our servers.
Limited technical information may be processed by the App or trusted service providers, including:
Cleaner for WhatsApp processes files directly on your device using Android storage APIs, including the Storage Access Framework (SAF) where applicable.
Your personal files remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to modify them.
The free version of the App displays advertising. Advertising mediation is provided through Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource), which may serve ads from:
Advertising providers may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, and ad performance data according to their own privacy policies.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and improve its performance. Firebase may process anonymous information such as app launches, screen views, session duration, device information and diagnostics.
Crash diagnostics may include device model, Android version, app version and technical stack traces. Crash reports do not include the contents of your personal files.
The App may request permissions to access photos, videos, audio, documents, notifications and storage as required to provide its features. Permissions are used only for the requested functionality.
We do not sell personal information. Limited technical information may be processed by trusted providers including Google LLC, Unity Technologies, ByteDance (Pangle) and Yandex in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Most processing occurs locally on your device. Anonymous analytics and diagnostic data are retained only as long as necessary by the relevant service providers.
Cleaner for WhatsApp is rated for a general audience on Google Play. The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us and we will review the situation.
Some service providers may process information outside your country of residence. Appropriate safeguards are applied where required by applicable law.
