The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AuraNode Ltd and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AuraNode Ltd.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of our mobile applications for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in our apps;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AuraNode Ltd, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
